I feel like I have been tucked away with my head down lately, working on the things that keep Ally’s Personal Touch humming. The admin might not be glamorous but it keeps the wheels turning and it makes a huge difference once it is all in place.
Instagram has been my first little refresh. I wanted it to get a face lift, all of my branding, a sprinkle of personality and a dash of creativity instead of being full of old products and rubbish photos. It is slowly becoming a space I am excited to post in and I'm loving the clean trendy new vibe.
Then there is the shiny new website I have been piecing together. I'm learning, slowly, about codes... which is proving to be my least favourite job. But Harrison, my 8 year old, is fascinated so it's likely I'll be asking him for some help.
Etsy has had its own glow up too. This is the heart of the business and is a work in progress. Halloween and Christmas are looking good, I'll work through the seasons as and when I have the time around making and packing all of your orders!
I have been updating photos and descriptions, tidying categories, and researching what tags are working to get my listings seen. The goal is to keep everything as fresh and inviting, and always keeping on top of seasonal demand.
I have absolutely loved diving into the Autumn trends for Halloween and Christmas has definitely begun too.
So hopefully all of this hard work behind the scenes has paid off and my refreshed looks are being noticed. Give me a follow on Insta and subscribe to the newsletter on my blog page.
Thank you for your support, my little business wouldn't work without you x
